RevEdge.ai is committed to the responsible development and use of artificial intelligence (“AI”) and machine-assisted analytics.
This AI Governance & Responsible Use Policy describes how RevEdge develops, deploys, manages, and safeguards AI-powered capabilities within the RevEdge platform.
Our goal is to help revenue leaders identify signals, risks, opportunities, and operational trends while maintaining transparency, accountability, privacy, and security.

RevEdge’s approach to AI is guided by the following principles:
Human-Centered Decision Making
AI should support human judgment, not replace it.
RevEdge provides insights and recommendations designed to help users make informed decisions.
Final business decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.
Transparency
We strive to clearly communicate when insights, recommendations, summaries, or analyses are generated using AI-assisted technologies.
Accountability
RevEdge maintains oversight of AI-enabled functionality and continuously evaluates performance, reliability, and customer feedback.
Privacy & Security
AI functionality operates within the same privacy and security controls that govern the broader RevEdge platform.
Continuous Improvement
We monitor evolving technology, regulations, and industry standards to improve our AI governance practices over time.
How RevEdge Uses AI
RevEdge uses AI and machine-assisted analytics to help organizations:
- Identify revenue risks and opportunities
- Analyze pipeline health
- Detect trends and anomalies
- Surface operational insights
- Prioritize actions and recommendations
- Summarize data and activity patterns
- Generate executive reporting and alerts
- Support workflow automation
RevEdge does not operate as a system of record and does not independently execute business actions on behalf of customers.
Human Oversight
RevEdge does not make autonomous decisions on behalf of customers.
Customers remain solely responsible for:
- hiring decisions;
- compensation decisions;
- promotions;
- disciplinary actions;
- terminations;
- legal determinations;
- regulatory decisions;
- financial decisions;
- credit decisions;
- insurance decisions;
- strategic business decisions.
AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by appropriate personnel before action is taken.
Customer Data Protection
Customer Data remains owned by the Customer.
RevEdge processes Customer Data solely to:
- provide the Services;
- support platform functionality;
- maintain platform security;
- provide customer support;
- improve service performance through aggregated and de-identified analytics.
RevEdge does not sell Customer Data.
RevEdge does not disclose Customer-specific information except as authorized by the Customer, required by law, or described in applicable agreements.
Model Training and Data Usage
RevEdge does not use Customer-specific data to train publicly available foundation models.
Customer Data is not shared with public AI systems for training purposes.
RevEdge may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify an individual customer or user to:
- improve platform performance;
- enhance analytical models;
- develop benchmarking insights;
- improve user experience;
- support product development.
Fairness and Bias
AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended results.
RevEdge seeks to reduce the risk of bias and error through:
- ongoing system evaluation;
- quality assurance processes;
- model monitoring;
- customer feedback review;
- human oversight.
RevEdge does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be free from inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended bias.
Prohibited Uses
Customers may not use RevEdge AI functionality:
- in violation of applicable law;
- to discriminate against protected groups;
- to make fully automated employment decisions;
- to make legal, regulatory, insurance, credit, or financial determinations without human review;
- to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content;
- in any manner prohibited by the RevEdge Acceptable Use Policy.
Security Controls
RevEdge applies administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to AI-powered functionality, including:
- encryption in transit and at rest;
- access controls;
- authentication controls;
- monitoring and logging;
- vulnerability management;
- incident response procedures;
- employee security training.
AI-powered services are subject to the same security standards that apply to the broader RevEdge platform.
Regulatory Compliance
RevEdge monitors evolving privacy, data protection, and AI-related regulations and seeks to align its practices with applicable laws and industry standards.
This includes consideration of:
- GDPR
- UK GDPR
- CPRA
- U.S. state privacy laws
- emerging AI governance frameworks
Policy Updates
RevEdge may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in technology, regulations, customer expectations, or platform capabilities.
Material changes will be published through the RevEdge website or communicated through appropriate customer channels.
