This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs Customer’s use of the RevEdge.ai platform and related services.
By using RevEdge.ai, Customer agrees to comply with this Policy.
Permitted Use
RevEdge.ai is intended for legitimate business purposes related to revenue intelligence, operational analytics, forecasting, reporting, and workflow optimization.
Customers may use the Services only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities
Customers may not use the Services to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
- engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct;
- transmit malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious code;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, or data;
- conduct penetration testing without prior written authorization;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code;
- scrape, copy, harvest, or extract data from the Services except as expressly authorized.
Restricted Data
Unless expressly approved by RevEdge in writing, Customers may not upload or process:
- protected health information (PHI);
- payment card information;
- government-issued identification numbers;
- biometric information;
- genetic information;
- special categories of personal data under GDPR.
AI Usage Restrictions
Customers may not use RevEdge AI functionality:
- to generate unlawful content;
- to support discriminatory practices;
- to make fully automated employment decisions;
- to make legal, regulatory, financial, insurance, or credit determinations without human review.
AI-generated outputs are intended to assist human decision-making and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for material business decisions.
Monitoring and Enforcement
RevEdge may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
RevEdge may suspend or terminate access to the Services if Customer violates this Policy or creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
Changes
RevEdge may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised version.
