RevEdge Data Processing Agreement

(GDPR Article 28)

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between RevEdge.ai, Inc. and the Customer using the RevEdge platform.

1. Roles

For purposes of applicable data protection law:

Customer is the Data Controller
RevEdge.ai, Inc. is the Data Processor

RevEdge processes personal data only on documented instructions from Customer.

2. Processing Activities

RevEdge processes personal data to provide the RevEdge.ai platform including:

  • ingesting data from connected systems
  • analyzing activity signals
  • generating insights and reporting
  • maintaining system functionality
  • providing customer support

3. Categories of Data

Categories of personal data processed may include:

  • names
  • professional email addresses
  • job titles
  • communication metadata
  • meeting activity
  • CRM activity data
  • platform user information

RevEdge does not intentionally process sensitive personal data such as health records, biometric identifiers, or government identification numbers.

4. Security Measures

RevEdge maintains appropriate technical and organizational safeguards including:

  • encryption of data at rest and in transit
  • access control systems
  • role-based permissions
  • vulnerability management
  • incident monitoring
  • employee security training

5. Sub-Processors

RevEdge may engage sub-processors to support platform operations including cloud infrastructure and support services.

RevEdge will ensure sub-processors are bound by contractual obligations consistent with this DPA.

A list of current sub-processors is available in the RevEdge Sub-Processor List.

6. Data Subject Requests

RevEdge will assist Customer in responding to requests from individuals exercising their rights under applicable data protection laws.

7. Data Breach Notification

If RevEdge becomes aware of a personal data breach affecting Customer Data, RevEdge will notify Customer without undue delay and provide information reasonably necessary to investigate the incident.

8. Data Deletion

Upon termination of services, RevEdge will delete or return Customer Data in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Unless otherwise requested, Customer Data may be deleted within 90 days of termination.

9. International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, RevEdge relies on:

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses
  • UK International Data Transfer Agreement
  • other lawful safeguards.

10. Audits

Upon reasonable written request, RevEdge may provide information demonstrating compliance with this DPA.

3. RevEdge Sub-Processor List

RevEdge.ai uses carefully selected infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform.

All sub-processors are contractually obligated to protect Customer Data.
